El-Fadel has always had a love for numbers and a passion for helping others. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa, with 8 years of experience as a financial analyst across IT, Digital Advertising, Healthcare, and Transportation Industries.
His volunteer experience includes hurricane catastrophes (Katrina), animal shelter, and youth counseling.
El-Fadel loves sports, particularly tennis and soccer . He also enjoys traveling and camping.
